To start a new workout, simply select New Workout, and define your choices. Each new workout is saved separately so you can analyse and manage your activities with ease. And thanks to their highly visual representation, your workouts are simple to understand.
1. Select New Workout to start a new workout
2. Select the activity. You can change the names of activities in the activities setting
3. Select Start for a new workout
4. Select Options > Pause to pause the workout
5. Select Options > Stop to stop the workout
6. View details about the workout by scrolling up or down
Use a saved route with Route, if needed
Divide the workout into laps with Autolap, if needed
Select a target from a previous workout with Target, if needed
Replay a previous workout with Replay, if needed
Share your workout online in the Nokia Sports Tracker 2.0 web service. You are prompted to create an account if you do not have one
